RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your garment for a refund or exchange it for something else within the first 10 days of purchase.
The products that apply for return (credit balance) or exchange must be unused, without stains or be washed, with all the sales labels and hygiene protectors, that is, in the condition in which they were received, with their original packaging. .

All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Procedure for balances in favor
Returns for a balance in favor on our page are accepted up to 15 days after the date of delivery of your purchase.

Send the package back to the address written in "General Information", we suggest you use an assured traceability method to guarantee safe and documented delivery to our facilities. Mead is not responsible for the loss of returned items.
Returns will only be made to obtain the balance in favor on our page, once the garments have been received, reviewed and approved.
The codes to use the balance in favor take between 5 to 10 business days from the date the items were received. The code will be sent to you by e-mail and with this you will be able to use the credit balance for the amount purchased on our website and it is valid for 6 months.
Procedure for changes

Changes will be processed 2 business days after the change is approved.
If you prefer to have a favorable balance in the store, it will be valid for 6 months and will only be redeemable in this virtual store.
